2. Orders and Approvals
All orders must be submitted with clear specifications. Once an order is confirmed and production begins, changes may not be possible. Customers are responsible for approving proofs before final production. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies that were present in the approved proof.

3. Pricing and Payments
Prices listed on our website or quoted individually are subject to change without notice. All payments must be made in full before production unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards, online payment gateways, and bank transfers. Any failure to pay on time may result in the cancellation or delay of services.

4. Turnaround Times and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order but are not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, shipping issues, or third-party vendors are beyond our control. We are not responsible for any loss or damage incurred due to delayed delivery. All goods are shipped FOB (Free On Board), and the risk transfers to the customer once goods leave our facility.

5. Refunds and Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds are only issued for defective or incorrect items. Claims for damages or errors must be reported within 3 business days of receiving the order. We reserve the right to inspect returned items before issuing any refund or replacement.

By submitting content, artwork, or designs to us, you confirm that you own the rights or have proper authorization to use such material. We are not responsible for copyright infringement or any legal issues resulting from unauthorized use of intellectual property supplied by the client.
